Reflip Black Joker on an Initiative flip

This came up in a game today, I flipped the black joker for initiative - can I use a soulstone to reflip?

We ruled that I could, but would like the tought s of others.

I would vote Yes because you can soulstone a black joker in other areas.

You are not Cheating the Initative flip, but rather 'redoing' it.
