Ignoring armor & Ice Gamin

If a model has Ignore armor and they get a bonus damage vs models without armor does the bonus apply if targeting a model with armor.

Ex.
If I have Hans with Silent one who gave him Frozen heart & North wind, in range of an Ice Gamin with bite of winter. Then Hans shoots a target with armor while under Custom Ammo choosing armor piercing does he get the bonus from Bite of Winter.

Yes I know this is a ton of ability mixing, but if it works its range 19 with 4 damage on a weak flip while ignoring most things that give cover.

The model still has Armor even if the shot doesn't allow it to be applied.

How about models affected by Bite of winter targeting models with Bullet proof or Magic resistance.

They say the model gains armor against Ranged Attacks or Spells. So While a model with Magic Resistance has a Spell being resolved on it it counts as having armor on the card. Once the Spell is resolved the armour disappears.
