Lady Justice - Riposte and Onslaught

First of all, this is my first post on these forums, so hi.

Secondly, my actual question.

Lady Justice has the trigger Df(:rams:masks) Riposte: After attacker misses with a melee attack, this model deals damage using the Combat Duel total as if it had hit the attacker with a Greatsword Strike.

One of her spells can give her, untill the closing step, the trigger Cb (:rams:masks) Onslaught: After damaging defender with a Greatsword Strike, immediately make a Greatsword Strike against the defender.

Does this mean that if Lady Justice damages the attacker with Riposte, she can then keep hitting them with Onslaught?

Nope!

Riposte only lets you deal damage using the result of the Combat Duel against her as if she had with with her sword (which only matters for the Neg/Pos flips on damage). It only lets you deal damage, but doesn't count as if you had really made a strike with the weapon.

So because you did not actually make a strike with your sword on Riposte, you can't activate Triggers because you didn't actually make a Strike with her sword.

Another thing to point out is that since Onslaught has "Cb" before it, it can only be triggered in duels where you are using Lady J's Cb stat.
