Does freeze over remove the severe terrain movement reduction from water terrain? This issue came up during my very first game last night!
I was trying to be all awesome, but they wouldn't let me.

I dont think,RAW,it does. For sheer awesome factor and creativity,if my opponent did that,I would totally let them skate across it lol.

Er no, it makes it entirely impossible to move through the terrain, as it stop movement effects, unless you have Frozen Heart. The terrain remains the same under the ice so it still is severe..

Yes, the ones trying to cross the affected terrain had frozen heart... I just wasn't sure if the terrain actually froze solid, or if, say, you just froze people to the terrain (like licking a cold metal pole in the dead of winter!)
Although I am not quite sure how you would freeze someone to water without the water actually freezing over...

It only freezes anyone who is standing in it when Rasputina pops the ability. Models can move through it at will after that.
