Hi all,

This is my first post but I'm a long time creeper. What I wanted to discuss is the order in which poison and regenerate occur. Now they are both suppose to occur at the start of a model's activation, does that mean that they cancel each other out? Or is there an order to when it occurs?

Thanks,

As I understand, since they both occur at the same time, you get to choose the order.

Don't have my book on me, but I thought you had to take damage before you could take healing.

Bad always takes priority over good, poison first, then, if alive, regeneration. Remember, bad things happen...

LOL, there's no rules to support that though, that I'm aware of.

They are simultaneous effects as they both say they take effect "at the start of it's activation". Therefore, the acting model can choose the order in which the effects take place. So, you choose Regen first, then Poison, and hopefully you stay alive. :)

This is an old ruling/errata before the new rule book but I think it still stands.

So it would appear you resolve your own models effect first then the other player's effects followed by terrain effects.

If this still stands or if it will be ruled differently I am not sure. But the new rule book does not say either way.
