Ok since there is no more rule of equivalency I have a question about a scenario that could happen.

Model gets killed by lilith within 3 inches of both Nekima and a black blood shaman.

So Lilith uses drain blood for a blood counter now do both Nekim and the Shaman get a blood counter from blood Sense or just the closest if so where in the rulebook is this spelled out. Also does a corpse counter drop because of the Shaman.

I figured this example had the most random things I could think of to try to figure out if everyone gets one or just one is produced I looked all through the counters section of the Rules Manual and couldn't figure it out.

There's no RofE anymore and nothing to replace it, so yes I think that's how it works (back to how it used to work)

That is correct as things stand both can gain it.

HOWEVER.... Eric said when the RoE was removed that they were going to just limit it on the abilities from now on. I think Nekima/Blackblood Blood Sense will be one of these situations especially as neither Nekima's or the Blackblood's cards are out. I would probably keep playing it as if the RoE is in effect for the moment just so you don't get used to having tonnes of blood.

Agreed, the actual stat cards often fix things, I'm sure that Blood Sense will be reworded to something like Survival of the Fittest
