Lilith de-forested in Rules Manual

Just had a read through the Rules Manual PDF...and there seems to be a problem. Mainly, there's no such thing as Wood terrain anymore. And Lilith's Illusionary Forest produces Wood terrain piece. Which means she currently produces..well, nothing. Is it written somewhere I missed?

You'd think stuff like that would be actually un-censored since it's pretty hard to play the game without it unlike, say, additional schemes or diagrams...so, before I can actually buy the book, at least how tall are woods?
