Sorry if this question was answered but I cannot seem to find any threads on if this is legal.

If you use Rusty Alyce to cast burnout on Leveticus, it states:

"Reduce target to 1 Wd at the start of the Closing Phase"

Leveticus has unstable Necromancy which states:

" This model suffers 1 Wd at the start of the Closing Phase"

Which would happen first, or does the controller have a choice of whether or not Leveticus dies.

Or did I miss something in the Errata or the book?

Thanks!

I think that you get to determine the order it happens, so you can kill Levi or not.
As I remember, you determine how otherwise-same-timing abilities happen by model in initiative order. That is, if me and my opponent have two models with the same timing, whoever has initiative gets to choose order.

no problem, i hate it when you do that find some thing sooo cool but it dosnt quite work, its almost like they new what they were doing (shake's fist), like the old nures levi combo that would be so cool but then you look and there not unded, makes sens but is anoying
