Games Day Schedule

For those painters (and I guess gamers), interested in Games days, I just noticed they had posted the dates:

ATL - April 28
Baltimore - June 23
Chicago - July 27
LA - Aug 11

And some other grand tournaments mixed in, including a new one in Las Vegas, which is tempting! even if there is no painting contest.

Interesting they've switched it around some, LA is now the last one, and pushed all the way back to August.

I can also add that GD FR is planned on the 15th of April 2007.

Wow. Atlanta is now at the end of April instead of mid-March.

That gives me some breathing room between GenghisCon and GD:A, but less time between GD:A and ReaperCon.

What to do?

yeah, I was getting ready for LA for april, and already have my entries all planned out and started. I guess I might have to go to ATL, not sure I can sit on entries until august next year!

I also noticed that there's only like a week between GD:LA and GenCon:Indy.

Looks like the con schedule for '07 is going to be packed pretty tight.

Yeah, I noticed that also, particularly since I'll probably be at both of them. I also might be heading to UK which is likely late september, which doesn't give a whole lot of time to prepare for that either!

Sounds like a good plan, I'd love to meet you and see your minis in person as well. I'd say right now it's about 50-50 whether I'll get there, but I'll keep you informed!

I'll also most likely be at GenCon:Indy and possibly GenCon:SoCal as well.

yeah, I thought about reapercon, but it's been a while since a Reaper mini really motivated me, probably since Hyreka. I suppose I could borrow her back and enter her in the comp down there, lol. But really, for me it's either ATL or Reapercon, unless of course they want to fly me in, lol. But even then it's 50-50 if I'd do even one. All because I promised to help nathan at Gencon (that and Gencon is a lot of fun!)

I dont do Games Days anymore, but we often have a painters gathering the evening of Chicago Games day just to get together and see how what everyone's been up to.
