hi guys little question, is drawn to the core a sumon so he has normal ap but has slow, or is it a transfomation so he has what ever ap are left.

Does it say summon? It doesn't. It's not a summon. No Slow penalty. :)

Neither is it replace.

It's place so it's just a new model with all its AP intact.
