does anyone know what this rule does? I'm just interested as desperate mercs look pretty soild for 2 stones and I was hoping it would make them cheap to hire out of fation, however, I cannot find what this rule does in book one or two. If someone could tell me and also tell me what page in what book t ollok at I'd be veryy thankful :D

Look in the back on Book2, there's a lit of general abilities.

Anyway, it removes the Out-of-Faction penalty cost on hiring the model.
