So Ive never actually gone through the effort of creating a brawl list before, but since there is a tournament coming up I thought Id give it a shot. Here is what I came up with so far:
Masters: Dreamer, Zoraida
3 Teddy
1 Doppleganger
total = 35 soulstones With a pool of 8.

Total is 35 points. I was thinking of using Zoraida for card manipulation, and summoning voodoo and wicked dolls, while the teddys and dreamer kill off stuff in melee. I also thought I could use the doppleganger to copy the 8D of the voodoo doll and act as a shield for dreamer until they can unleash the teddys.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well I've never bothered to play a brawl game... but I know a good bit about both masters.

The one thing I will say is you have next to no activation control (activating models that are not in a critical spot so the rest of your crew can activate after the enemy where ever possible). That can be a huge problem vs say Gremlins who will chew you up with that kinda list.

Also, you have no Daydreams. Pretty much, you don't bring the Dreamer without at least one of them because you can't turn back from Lord Chompy Bits without one. Just drop your pool to 6 and take a Daydream. Yes you could summon one during the game, but thats a waste of a flip and an action and you spend the same ss either way. Just bring at least one, I formally recommend 2.

3 Teddy's are great, but it's all your eggs in one basket. I would suggest dropping 1 and converting him into 3 Alps. Alps are amazing and such a huge pain in the ass to deal with.

Also the Doppleganger is a great model, don't get me wrong. But do you really have the models to make good use of it? I'm a little iffy on if your really sporting the best models to make use of it. It also greatly depends on what your going against, but still... you may be able to use the SS on something else. Maybe drop an alp and poor some of the SS into getting JuJu.

Doppelganger with Zoraida is a good combo. It can copy obey and the thing that lets you reuse cards so you can get a high casting total. Although in this list I don't see it as that good. Maybe replace the Doppelganger with a stitched together or two.

I agree though that you need daydreams. Being able to reposition your Teddys by burying and burying them seems like a big advantage so that they are always right next to people and can Flurry every turn. Always take advantage of the 5 soulstones for hiring 5 nightmares. So hiring 2 daydreams actually only costs you 2 soulstones total since they will give you 2 more when you start the match.

Lord Chompy Bits can still use his trigger to change back.

There's a thread on here about using Stitched Togethers with LCB - basically burying them each turn so they dont die in the end closing phase and then bringing them back in the next turn. Sounds like something you should be looking at as it makes way for all kinds of hurt :)

Those are my two favorite masters and I have not lost with them in a brawl list, my list did contain a doppleganger, as i have found having inititive as the dreamer is paramount! agian I may get odd looks for this but I dont like teddies with the dreamer, too big an investment, especially when you can get three alps, I honestly would drop all teddies bring Coppelious and six alps, its a pain to deal with and highly effective.
