Nightmares?

I had a friend ghost shop Lord Chompy Bits for me at GC, and after review their cards I have one questions . . . what are Nightmares?

It's a new trait that means the model is not considered Living. So nothing that triggers off Living models will imact these guys. Nor anything that triggers off Undead, for that matter, since they're not that either.

A trait for certain models in Book2.. Much ala Family, Gremlin or Nephilim.

On top I believe Nightmares are not considered living.

Read the entry on corpse counters. They only come from living and undead models. Nightmares are just "not living" not undead. So no corpses =D. Makes sense if you think about it.

Lord Chompy's Parade of Nightmares (and Daydreams)

Daydream
2ss. Can turn into a Nightmare, also his Totem.

Alp
3ss. Makes stuff Slow and has other annoyance effects.

Coppelius
9ss. Eats your eyeballs and scares people. His killer takes 4 wounds.

Insidious Madness
4ss. Weird looking, does Wp duel stuff. He's a Woe, and Pandora's new best friend.

Lelu
7ss. Male Nephalim, decent fighter but needs his girlfriend.

Lilitu
7xx. Female Nephalim, more controlly, needs Lelu. They're an S&M pair.

Stitched Together
5ss. It's Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Chrismas. He's tough, buries models, summons fog, and likes to gamble.

Night Terror - Resurrectionists - Big evil bat thing. These are actually an interesting model as they are Beast, Spirit and Nightmare so they are hireable by a lot of different masters. They are cheap, anti-range models. Good against Guild is my bet

The rest I think are all Neverborn

Lord Chompy - You know about him

Teddy - if you are playing the Dreamer

Daydreams - The Dreamers Totem. Can have up to 3 of them. Good for calling more buried Nightmares in play. Also easy way to switch LCB back to the Dreamer.

Alps - Little demon nightmare guys. Good at slowing and Paralyzing models

Coppelius - Evil squid faces Nightmare that steals your eyes. Can summon Alps and other things. Also can be hired by C Hoffman for some unexplained reason(its actually called Unexplained connection)

Insidious Madness - Spirit and Woe as well as Nightmare. Terrifying checks and ability to strip immunity to WP duels.

Lelu and Lilitu - a Pair of Nephlim Nightmares(also Woes). They work in pairs and kinda got an S&M theme going. '

Stiched Together - Doll and Nightmare - A bag of people meat. When it dies it gets reactivate and gets to act before its dead(like a super slow to die). Other powers too

Obedient Wench - A nightmare thats Hamelins totem. So Dreamer can't hire her but I am including her because you asked about all the Nightmares

This just makes me want to play LCB and the dreamer even more. Gonna have to wait for the normal model though. My gaming budget is very small right now.

Trust me you don't need it. Played the Dreamer last night and man was it brutal. Literally it was 3 turns of my Ortegas slowly creeping up on my opponents only model on the board. And then boom, Nightmare swarm. It was really brutal.

They look like little red ghosts. I think those and stitched are both 30mm bases.
