Where is Elvis Ortega?

Okay, I use to play in a Latin American band years ago. One of the guys became a good friend. His name is Elvis. During our time he introduced me to a few other Elvis's (pronounced (Elvee). It's a very common name in South America.

I face the Ortegas for the first time last night and what I wanna know is where was Elvis Ortega?

I demand an Elvis Ortega. He could have a trigger/spell called "Hunka Hunka Burnin' Lead" - Pearl Handled Pistols - martial Arts (Cb) skills - He could "Pacify" Teddy - He could have a Hound Dog. (Help me to expand his abilities)

So where is he? I know he's around here somewhere...

I think i read somewhere that there will be more Ortegas in the books to come so Elvis Ortega could be just a book or two away.

I think that an old west type doctor would be a cool Ortega. Call him Doc Ortega Give him the old wast look and the old med bag. I think it could be cool. Give him the ablities to make a model Bulletproof 1 for a turn and have a healing flip spell. Could be awesome.

I like that idea. With their fragility, a guy who could grant a healing flip would be great.
