Hi guys,

First we have Va'durr...an excellent sculpt by Andy from Heresy. Andy requested a non-black paintjob for the dwarf and so I went for an over-the-top color scheme with wild colors. Captain America was the inspiration behind him. I decided to go for the football option instead of the flamesabre because I hadn't seen it yet. I'm quite happy with him (although I had some frustrations with the white).

After Va'durr I have some reshots of 'oldies' which I painted more than a year ago (but deserved good pictures).

A great sculpt by Kev White and one I practiced on my skin colors. I am still happy with most of her, except the blade of the sword. I would do it totally different right now. The NMM gold still looks nice IMO. I won two painting contests with her so has a special place for me.

I think the guys understand where the first name comes from ;). I wanted soft and girlie colors for her (Oilily for those that know the brand) and she needed a beauty spot on her face :). I am happy with the girl, but nowadays I would do the gun differently and spend some more time on her butt as the painting is a bit chalky there (which is totally unappropriate on such a place!).

I ordered this model because I wanted to convert her into a Jedi. I cut off the blade (which looks lame anyway IMO) and added a long piece of brass wire for the double sabre. Some Greenstuff and voila, ready for painting.
I wanted to finish her that same day, so only took 3,5 hours (!!!) painting. Although the highlights are a bit harsh here and there I am still VERY happy for 3.5 hours of time.

Thanks for looking guys!

The spider chick's tattoo and the base are my favorite. Well done.

Very cool! I love the webbing on Liralith's base. What did you use? Va'durr is nice as well--"Peyton...I am your father...."
