Zoraida: cast before raven?

Hello!
It states that when using Raven, Zoraida cannot cast until End closse phase. Does it mean she can actually cast before she does her (0) Raven, using Casting expert, and then walk 20"?

My understanding is yes she can. Unlike say Defensive Stance which specifies it must be your first action.

I concur with tenabrae. You could even cast twice (once with Casting Expert and once with (1) General AP) then use (0) Raven and move 10".

Course, its best combined with an initial Cast of Repulsive, then (0) Raven and the move 20", gets you out of a tight spot!

Raven got a slight tweak:

(0) Raven: This model receives Flight and increases its Wk to 10 until the end of its activation. This model may not cast spells or perform melee attacks after this is used untill the End Closing Phase.

Course not, the old coot is great for control and assasination if you can use her voodoo doll, poison 2 is delish; and she's got a Wp 10 which is the highest in the game, just thought I'd say.
