News question for yall

Are yall interested in seeing news related to RPGs or boardgames. I come across info on these when diggin up the news and have often wondered if there's interest.

Hah, I think there are enough gamers on here that it might be viable, but, perhaps make it a summary post at the end of each week (or somewhere in between, whatever) of all the new stuff that has come out for Board Games and RPG's.

I think you are doing a fine job News Monkey...but sometimes in the deluge of new posts things kind of get lost.

I like the weekly roundup idea so as not to overload us with a bunch of topics.

Just my thoughts though.....I could be way off base here.

I think a weekly round-up sounds like a great idea. Maybe one each for RPGs and board games so folks like Malebolgia who prefer one to the other have their choice? If you're not already familiar with it, http://www.boardgamenews.com is a good site for the latest on board games, though he doesn't cover family games and stuff like Munchkin and Killer Bunnies that much.

I'll take a look at it this weekend, though I thoroughly intend to be hung over Saturday (getting promotoed on Friday). I'll get a thread going for each and get one of the mod types to sticky them.

Since the deluge of info is becoming an issue, would having a single sticky thread for the major publishers/manufacters make things easier to handle?
