Self-Loathing help

Q: Who's Control Cards and Fate Deck are used when you
are controlling another model?

A: You always use your Control Cards and Fate Deck for any
models you control (p.13).

does this apply to the damage flip caused by Self-Loathing, or do I still flip the damage?

We've been playing it that the player in control of the model uses their deck.

We did try the owner of the model doing the flip but it felt wrong.

@ Csonti, I have but didnt find anything, I might have just looked over it by mistake.

The way I normally play it is that I flip the damage. Like pandora was attacking in a sense
