A couple questions after my first Nikodem game

Played my 1st Nikodem game last night. Just used the figs from the box set and played against Som'er teeth. FYI, I proxied mindless zombies with figs from Last Night on Earth.

We came up with a few questions:
1: Arise: Do I need to have collected the corpse counters to my Nikodem or does it work on every corpse counter lying around within 10"?

2: Reanimator: When it says number of corpse counters = base size, does that mean to use the Ht statistic? I don't see a number for base size.

3: The entry for Mindless Zombies says that they count as corpse counters. Does that mean my opponents Pig and eat them with "Eat Anything" and heal himself? Even if the mindless zombies are buffed with Bolster Undead?

I'm not a Rules Marshall, but here goes:

1. I believe it works on every counter within 10".

2. Its mentioned somewhere in the rulebook, but I don't know the exact page. Its 1 counter for 30mm, 2 for 40mm, and 3 for 50mm, though.

3. No idea... I would guess since they count as corpse counters, they could be eaten like corpse counters. (?)

I believe that the pigs can eat the zombies. Also, Lady J's ability to destroy counters works on them as well.
